1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GameSecret ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use GameSecret. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining credential confidentiality, all account activities, and notifying us of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

When using GameSecret, you agree not to: upload illegal or harmful content; impersonate others; interfere with the Platform; gain unauthorized access; use automated means without permission; exploit or cheat in games; transmit malware; or violate any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GameSecret — including text, graphics, logos, code, game assets — is owned by or licensed to GameSecret and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Game names and characters belong to their respective developers.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, comments, suggestions). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content. We may remove any user-generated content at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Games and Content

GameSecret hosts games from third-party developers. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content. Disputes with third-party providers are between you and the provider.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GameSecret is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, uninterrupted service, and error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameSecret shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GameSecret from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, your user-generated content, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful. Provisions that by nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and GameSecret.
