Level Goals and Star Ratings
Om Nom Dash: Endless Arcade Runner is not a pure endless runner. Each level gives a specific objective: run a set distance without stopping, perform stunts, or collect a target number of orbs. Clear the goal and you earn stars based on performance. The star system pushes you to replay stages and improve your score rather than simply surviving as long as possible. That structure gives the game a progression loop that pure endless runners lack.
Controls and Moment-to-Moment Play
You control Om Nom or Om Nelle using arrow keys or on-screen buttons. The moves are simple: move left or right, jump over barriers, and duck under hazards. Timing matters more than speed. Power-ups appear along the path and change how you approach a run. Magnets pull nearby coins toward you, rocket boosts give a temporary speed surge, and double coin bonuses multiply what you earn. Knowing when to grab a magnet versus saving a boost for a tough section is the main decision you make mid-run.
Nomville and the Endless Mode
The game takes place in Nomville, a colorful setting with multiple locations. Each area has its own visual theme and obstacle layout, so the scenery shifts as you progress. Beyond the level-based challenges, an endless run mode offers open-ended play without a fixed goal. That mode suits players who want to practice or just keep running without the pressure of a specific objective. The two modes together cover both structured and casual play.
Coins, Characters, and Outfits
Coins collected during runs go toward the in-game store. There you can unlock additional characters and outfits, which adds personalization and gives you something to work toward beyond star ratings. A leaderboard lets you compare your best runs with other players. The cheerful art style and familiar faces from the Cut the Rope universe make the game approachable for younger players and families, while the star system and leaderboard give more competitive players a reason to keep improving.
